Tour Ayas-Lys-Ayas
Ring tour over 2 valley of medium difficulty, definitely suitable for those who do not like large differences in altitude but still want to enjoy views and mountain trails.
Itinerary : Brusson-Antagnod (Barmasc)-Resy-Anderbatt-Alpenzu-Estoul-Brusson.
It starts from Brusson with a stage that goes up the valley and already in the end allows you to have a beautiful view of Monterosa. On the second day the Monterosa will be your travel companion, first along the ancient irrigation channel of Courtod and then, from the beautiful Lochien hill, during the descent that leads to Saint Jacques and then the Piani di Verra, and eventually to the blue lake, before reaching Resy and enjoying the evening admiring the stars and lights of the villages of the valley. Third stage along the Tour of Monterosa direction Rothorn hill, wild pass with the imposing rocks and lakes of Sallero, and then the descent into the valley of Gressoney towards Anderbatt.
Fourth quiet stage that crosses the village of Biel and the village of Gressoney Ta Trinité continuing with the climb to Alpenzù, an authentic architectural jewel Walser overlooking the valley of Gressoney. The next day you walk along the balcony of the walserweg before climbing to the col Ranzola, historic link for trade with the mule between the valley of Gressoney and Ayas . Last day with descent to Arcesaz and ascent to Brusson. For the more trained the possibility to climb to the lakes of Palasinaz and Bringuez and then descend to Brusson.
